Dana Zhezdrina

Dana Zhezdrina has extensive work experience in the software quality assurance field. Dana currently holds the position of Principal QA Lead at Ciklum, a role they began in March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at QATestLab for over a decade. At QATestLab, Dana held various roles including QA Program Manager from January 2016 to May 2020, QA Team Lead from 2014 to 2016, and QA Engineer from 2009 to 2013. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated proficiency in coordinating cross-project activities, managing communication processes with stakeholders, preparing reports, and ensuring effective work. Dana is skilled in performing various types of software testing and using bug tracking systems such as JIRA, Mantis, Bugzilla, and Redmine.

Dana Zhezdrina completed a project management program for creative teams, Agile in actions, at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in computerized systems, automation, and management from National Aviation University, which they attended from 2005 to 2011.
