Katarzyna Gołębiewska

Katarzyna Gołębiewska has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Katarzyna is currently working at Ciklum since 2022, initially starting as a Senior People Partner / People Partner Lead and later transitioning to the role of HR Partner Lead. Prior to that, they worked at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence as an HR Business Partner from 2021 to 2022.

From 2014 to 2021, Katarzyna worked at Carlsberg Shared Services in various HR roles. These roles included Western Europe SSC HR Business Partner (HR Manager), Western Europe SSC Employee Relations Senior Specialist (HR BP Interim role), and HR Specialist. Their responsibilities involved handling HR-related queries, benefits administration, coordinating trainings, and collaborating with various teams and providers.

Earlier in their career, Katarzyna gained experience as an HR Administration & Development Intern at NIVEA Polska in 2013 and as an Intern at PEPCO Poland in 2012.

Katarzyna Gołębiewska holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Poznan University of Economics and Business, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Katarzyna also has a Bachelor's degree in Personal Counseling from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, earned between 2009 and 2012. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Philology from the College of Modern Languages (Poznań), completed from 2008 to 2011.

Alongside their formal education, Katarzyna Gołębiewska has obtained several certifications, including Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England (2021), HR Administration & Payroll Specialist from The Accountants Association in Poland (2020), Leadership Grid Seminar from Grid International, Inc. (2019), and SHL Questionnaires & Ability Tests from CEB, now Gartner (2017).
