Renaud D'Amours

Renaud D'Amours, M. Sc., CHRP, currently serves as the Lead HR Partner at GE Vernova since August 2025. Previously, Renaud held various positions at EBC inc. from October 2020 to August 2025, including Partenaire d'affaires, Ressources Humaines, and Senior Consultant in Talent & Culture where responsibilities included the implementation of innovative recruitment strategies and the management of talent acquisition processes. Renaud also worked as a Consultant at Décarie Executive Search, specializing in executive search and talent management, and as an Entrepreneur/Co-owner at Unplugged Trip and HUEHUE, managing business operations and marketing. Earlier experiences include human resources consulting at Quiksilver Europe and an internship at Uni-Select Inc. Renaud holds a Master’s in Administration from Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor's Degree in Career Development from UQAM.
