Maria Shubtsova

Maria Shubtsova, SHRM-SCP has an extensive work experience in HR and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Maria is currently working at Ciklum as the Head of HR Operations since November 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR Enablement at Ciklum from November 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining Ciklum, Maria worked at Accelerated Enrollment Solutions as an HR Business Partner for the CEE region, including Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Ukraine, from April 2019 to October 2021. Maria was responsible for partnering with country management to develop and structure their teams, ensuring maximum performance and employee engagement. Maria also handled the HR function within the dedicated countries and collaborated with various departments to implement proactive workforce plans.

Maria also served as an HR Business Partner for the Eastern Europe region, including Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, and Czech Republic, at Accelerated Enrollment Solutions from February 2017 to October 2021.

Prior to their roles at Accelerated Enrollment Solutions, they worked as the Head of HR at Groupe Atlantic from February 2014 to February 2017, and as a Regional HR Manager at Metro Cash and Carry from December 2004 to January 2014.

Maria began their career as an Administrative Assistant at McDonald's Corporation from March 2001 to December 2004.

Maria Shubtsova earned a Master's degree in International Economics from Odessa State Economics University between the years 2000 and 2004. Maria also obtained an SCP from SHRM, although the specific dates and field of study are unknown.
