Ram Jagadeesan has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Ram is currently serving as the Vice President - Global Operations at Ciklum since November 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked at Intelligroup as a Senior Business Development Executive, at iGATE as a Senior Executive – Sales Support, at IS Sdn Bdh as a Business Development Consultant, and at Pentasoft as an Associate Consultant.

Ram Jagadeesan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from RV College Of Engineering from 1994 to 1998. Ram then went on to pursue a Masters in Business Administration - Executive Program with a focus in Strategy and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode from 2002 to 2003. Currently, Ram is pursuing a course in Customer Analytics from Wharton Online starting in 2020.
