Roman Korol

Roman Korol, FCCA has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Roman started their career as an Audit and Advisory Manager at Deloitte and Touche, USC, where they led complex audit, advisory, and consulting engagements. Roman gained extensive knowledge in International Financial Accounting Standards (IFRS), US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), and Ukrainian Accounting Standards.

After leaving Deloitte, Roman joined Agrarni Tehnologii, LLC as the Finance Director. Roman was responsible for leading the financial function of the management company and local financial functions of about 40 Glencore assets in Ukraine. Roman'sresponsibilities included managing financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and implementation of internal controls.

Currently, Roman is working at Ciklum, where they have held various finance roles. Roman started as the Head of Finance Operations and later became the Head of Finance Operations and Treasury. Most recently, they have been serving as the Finance Director. In June 2021, Roman was promoted to Vice President of Finance at Ciklum.

Roman Korol, FCCA received their Master's degree in International Business Management from Kyiv National Economics University, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. In addition, they obtained the ACCA certification from ACCA in 2013.
