Simon de Waal is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in digitalizing global markets, particularly in the arts and automotive sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Ciklum since November 2024, Simon focuses on enhancing the online auction experience for Christie's. Prior roles include Senior Product Owner at NovaFori, contributing to the improvement of online auction experiences for both Christie's and BCA, as well as Product Owner at Ciklum where Simon worked on transforming BCA’s online capabilities and reducing carbon footprints for global carbon credit trading. Simon has a solid background in stakeholder management and product strategy from previous positions at Soulve Innovations and KPMG UK, underscored by academic achievements including a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Leeds University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Leiden University.
