Telal bin Tawseen

Telal Bin Tawseen has a solid work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Telal began their career as an intern at Fides Technologies, where they gained knowledge in various technologies such as ASP.NET, SQL Server, and HTML/CSS.

Telal then joined NetSol Technologies Inc. as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where they followed the testing life cycle using the Waterfall model and managed testing activities and closure. Telal later took on the role of Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at NetSol Technologies, where they continued to follow the Waterfall model and participated in impact analysis meetings.

Telal later joined BroadPeak Technologies as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where they automated regression scenarios using Selenium WebDriver and followed the testing life cycle using the agile SCRUM methodology. Telal also managed testing activities and ensured their timely completion.

At Ciklum, Telal held multiple positions including Robotic Process Automation Bot Developer, Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, and Principal Software Quality Assurance Engineer. In these roles, they worked on test automation, participated in SCRUM events, and developed skills in CI/CD processes and test automation architectural patterns.

Telal also worked at Array as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where they created test strategy and test plan documents and implemented SQA and test life cycles within an Agile methodology.

Throughout their career, Telal has demonstrated strong leadership skills, leading teams of testers to meet company and project goals. Telal has also mentored and developed the skills of QA engineers and played an active role in planning and branding testing departments.

Telal Bin Tawseen completed their Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila, from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they studied Pre-Engineering at Islamabad Model College for Boys G-10/4 Islamabad from 2007 to 2009. Telal also studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Computer Science at Islamabad Model College for Boys G-10/4, Islamabad from 2004 to 2007. From 2002 to 2004, they studied Science subjects at Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission Boys College, Chashma, and from 1997 to 2002, they studied Science subjects at Islamabad Model College for Boys G-10/4, Islamabad. Telal has obtained certifications in various fields, including Scrum Fundamentals, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and Automation Anywhere Bot Developer Enterprise. Telal is also a registered engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council and holds the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification.
