Yana Okhman (Omer) is a seasoned professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as Director of Delivery Operations & Transformation at Ciklum since June 2016, after progressing from Operations & Transformation Manager and HR Business Partner roles. Yana has successfully implemented key operational controls and an effective operating model, enhancing efficiency and technical excellence. In past positions at Miratech as HR Manager and Syngenta as Human Resources Administrator, Yana focused on improving internal communications, enhancing HR processes, and leading programs to promote team diversity. Yana also contributed to recruitment efforts at adidas during UEFA Euro 2012. Yana holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Pedagogy from Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, completed in 2013.
