Yannique Hecht serves as Global Director AI & Product at Ciklum since May 2021, focusing on Private Equity and Venture Capital value creation through AI advisory and product development. Hecht successfully built a generative AI practice recognized in the HFS Generative Enterprise report, leading to the launch of multiple AI products across various industries. Previous roles include Director of Product Engineering and Director of Digital Transformation & Product Consulting, where the emphasis was on enhancing Ciklum's product offerings and advising Fortune 500 clients. In addition to ongoing responsibilities at Ciklum, Hecht is a Venture Advisor at Harvard Innovation Labs, mentoring startups in AI, HealthTech, and Life Sciences. Earlier career experiences include roles at Emirates and Lufthansa, where Hecht contributed to significant revenue growth and innovation initiatives. Educational background includes a Master of Liberal Arts from Harvard University and a Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences.
