Andrea Ruiz

Andrea Ruiz has extensive experience in social project management and workforce orientation, currently serving as Coordinadora Centro de Formacion en Tecnologías at Programa Nacional de Becas y Oportunidades - CILSA ONG since January 2021, overseeing social projects aimed at bridging the digital divide. Since July 2011, Andrea has held the position of Coordinadora Nacional Area de Orientación en el Mundo del Trabajo at CILSA, leading a team focused on helping individuals navigate careers in IT and ensuring the implementation of labor market integration projects. Other roles include supporting socio-labor integration for youth as Acompañante sociolaboral at Comuna de Arroyo Leyes, content creation as a freelance educational writer, and providing professional supervision for organizational psychology practices at Universidad Católica de Santa Fé.
