Rocío Raccuglia

Rocío Raccuglia is an experienced psychologist and IT recruiter with a diverse professional background in clinical psychology, occupational mentorship, and recruitment. Currently serving as a Psicóloga orientadora/mentora ocupacional at CILSA since February 2019, Rocío has also worked as an IT recruiter at Kadre, specializing in the selection of IT profiles. Previous roles include clinical psychologist in private practice, academic positions at Universidad Nacional de Rosario focused on psychodiagnosis and evaluation, and various roles in public service and human resources. Rocío holds a degree in Psychology and is pursuing a teaching degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
