Ed Bigazzi

Ed Bigazzi has extensive experience in venture capital, private equity, and non-executive director roles. In 2020, they joined Five V Capital as a Venture Capital partner, where they invest in innovative businesses in Australia and New Zealand. From 2022, they became a Non-Executive Director at CIM, a company that provides a platform for property teams to improve operational efficiencies. Ed also holds Non-Executive Director positions at Cascade since 2021 and Bravura Solutions from 2013 to 2015. Ed served as a Board Observer at Mooven, a company that develops products for the transport sector, starting in 2021. Prior to their current roles, Ed was the Chief Financial Officer and a Finance & Risk Consultant at Prospa, an online lender for small businesses, from 2015 to 2020. Ed also served as a Director and Associate Director at Ironbridge Capital, an Australian private equity firm investing in healthcare, financial services, and outsourced services sectors, from 2006 to 2015. Additionally, Ed has experience as a Non-Executive Director at Australian Offshore Solutions Pty Ltd, a marine and offshore service provider, from 2011 to 2016. Ed began their career as an Analyst at Citigroup in 2005.

Ed Bigazzi attended The Scots College, but it is unknown when they began or completed their studies there. Later, from 2000 to 2004, they attended the University of Sydney, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws with Honors. Their studies at the University focused on the fields of Finance, Economics, and Law.
