Alex Kolodziejczyk

Alex Kolodziejczyk has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Alex started their career in 2003 as a Foreman-Carpenter at Dean Built Construction, where they built high-end custom homes and renovations. Alex then worked as an Assistant Project Manager at The Delaney Group in 2008 and as an Assistant Superintendent, Co-op at LECESSE Construction Services in 2010.

In 2011, Alex joined Arcadis / Malcolm Pirnie as a Staff Engineer, where they inspected the construction of sewer rehabilitation projects. Alex obtained advanced certifications and managed pre-design and construction inspection services.

From 2012 to 2015, Alex worked at T&M Associates as a Senior Designer, managing the design and construction inspection of infrastructure projects. Alex also performed pre-design investigations and inspections for complex projects.

In 2015, Alex joined Equicap - New York as a Mortgage Broker Intern, where they conducted initial underwriting and market research for commercial real estate transactions.

From 2015 to 2016, they were a Real Estate Development Graduate Student at Columbia University.

In 2016, Alex interned as an Asset Management Intern at The Jemstone Group, LLC. Alex then joined CIM Group, where they held several positions, including Development Analyst, Development Associate, and Development Associate Vice President. Currently, they are the Vice President of Development at CIM Group since March 2022.

Alex Kolodziejczyk obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology with a concentration in Environmental Studies from Rochester Institute of Technology, which they completed between 2005 and 2010. Alex then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, which they completed between 2015 and 2016.
