Josh Baxter

Josh Baxter has over 20 years of work experience in the construction and real estate development industry. Josh started their career as an Assistant Builder/Superintendent at Beazer Homes in 2002. Josh then worked at Hardin Construction as a Project Manager from 2006 to 2011. After that, they joined Astra Group Inc. as a Project Manager and worked there until 2015. Josh then became a Development Director at Forestar Group Inc. from 2015 to 2017. Josh subsequently joined Toll Brothers as a Project Manager for their Apartment Living division from 2017 to 2020. Josh's most recent position was as a Construction Manager, Development at RangeWater Real Estate from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President, Development at CIM Group.

Josh Baxter completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Building Construction from Auburn University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. After a gap of several years, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Mercer University - Stetson School of Business and Economics.
