Ross Wade

Ross Wade is an experienced leader in career services with a strong background in higher education, currently serving as the Director of Career Services for the School of Communications and Alumni at Elon University since September 2015. Responsibilities include guiding a team of over 22 professionals in career advising and employer relations, developing strategic plans, and implementing professional development programming. Notable previous roles include Senior Associate Director and Assistant Director of Career Services at Duke University, where Ross provided comprehensive career support to students across various disciplines. Noteworthy accomplishments include receiving the NC Career Development Association's "New Professional Award" and leading innovative career development initiatives recognized by national organizations. Ross holds a Master's degree in Counseling and Educational Development from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from East Carolina University.
