Arlen Babcock

Arlen Babcock is a Partner and Senior Director at CIMA+, leading the Regional Sector in Infrastructure for Alberta since September 2016. Responsibilities include operations management of the Calgary office and the Alberta Infrastructure team, overseeing the Municipal Infrastructure & Roads group, and enhancing client relationships across Western Canada. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Director at BSEI Municipal Consulting Engineers Ltd. from April 2005 to August 2016, where Arlen was involved in infrastructure design and project management. Additional roles include Environmental Officer at SNC Lavalin PAE and Environmental Engineer at Wardrop Engineering Inc., as well as Project Engineer at Waterworks Technologies. Arlen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Systems Engineering from the University of Regina.
