Sylvain Thériault, Eng., MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several positions and industries. Sylvain is currently the Senior Director of Business Development for Major Projects/Alternative Delivery at CIMA+, where they focus on developing relationships with new and existing clients, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring excellence in service. Prior to joining CIMA+, Sylvain served as the Manager of Business Development at Gastier M.P. Inc, where they were responsible for planning and implementing business development strategies. Sylvain also worked as the CEO of CO2i - CONCEPTION CONSTRUCTION INTÉGRÉE/id2c - INTEGRATED DESIGN DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION, where they established a one-stop shop for value-added building services. Additionally, Sylvain held leadership positions in business development at Magil Construction Corporation, SNC-Lavalin Construction Inc., Verreault Inc., and Groupe Aecon Québec Ltée. Sylvain also gained experience in sales and installation at Johnson Controls and served as the Director of Material Resources at Commission scolaire des Samares. Sylvain began their career as an Engineer and Administrator at R.M.S. Électrique Inc. Overall, Sylvain Thériault's work experience showcases their ability to drive business growth, develop and implement strategies, and establish strong relationships with clients.
Sylvain Thériault obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal between 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electricity Technology from École de technologie supérieure from 1986 to 1989. Sylvain began their educational journey by completing a College's degree in Instrumentation and Control from Collège Ahuntsic between 1983 and 1986.
