Jeff Halliday

Jeff Halliday, P.Eng. PMP, is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in land development and municipal infrastructure projects. Currently serving as the Senior Director - Regional Manager for Infrastructure BC and previously as Director of Infrastructure in Regina at CIMA+, Jeff has significantly contributed to the growth of the Regina Infrastructure team. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate role at Stantec, where Jeff led the Saskatchewan Water division, and various positions at WSP focusing on municipal engineering. Jeff began a career in engineering with co-op placements at the City of Regina and Syncrude Canada Ltd. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Regina.
