Kathleen Farrow

Kathleen Farrow, EP., C.Tech., is an experienced Process & Operations Specialist in water infrastructure, currently contributing to engineering projects at CIMA+ since October 2022. With a background in various roles related to water services, including SCADA operations at the Region of Waterloo and management as Superintendent of Water at InnServices Utilities Inc., Kathleen has demonstrated expertise in process optimization, operational coordination, and regulatory compliance. Prior experience includes supervisory roles at Halton Region, where Kathleen operated two significant water treatment plants, and technical positions in atmospheric research and laboratory analysis. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management from Athabasca University and a diploma in Environmental Biology Technology from Canadore College.
