Sophie Guelton

Sophie Guelton is an experienced professional in instructional design and training development, currently serving as a Conceptrice de formation at CIMA+ since September 2024. Previous positions include similar roles at the Commission de la construction du Québec and the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec, where Sophie focused on creating training content for various ERP systems. With a solid foundation in designing e-learning and in-class training modules across notable companies like BDC, Agropur, and National Bank of Canada, Sophie has developed expertise in tailoring training materials to meet specific user needs.
