Gauthier Pierozak has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gauthier started their career at Russell Workhandlers, where they worked as an Engineering Manager for a robotic company start-up. Gauthier was responsible for designing, purchasing, manufacturing, and installing innovative pneumatic lifting and handling devices.
Pierozak then joined Weatherford International in 1996 as a mechanical engineer and quickly became the Plant Manager. In this role, they managed a manufacturing facility involving electronics, machining, and mechanical assembly for high-pressure, high-temperature equipment. Gauthier also oversaw the worldwide supply chain and developed strategic partnerships with international suppliers.
In 2008, Pierozak joined Forum Energy Technologies as the General Manager. Gauthier was recruited by a private equity company to turnaround the history of financial losses in a manufacturing facility in rural Oklahoma. Gauthier directed all strategic and financial decisions for a 200-person workforce and successfully led the company from severe financial losses to strong and sustained bottom-line profitability within 3 months.
Most recently, Pierozak worked at Cimarron as the VP Commercial (Americas) + Central Business Unit General Manager. In this role, they led a technical sales team focused on providing solutions to reduce emissions and optimize production in the upstream/midstream Oil and Gas market. Gauthier also had full P&L responsibilities for Cimarron's business in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma, ensuring that manufacturing plants and field service units met their strategic goals. Additionally, they served as the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for the US territory, leading the rebranding of Cimarron following two consecutive acquisitions and identifying ways to expand the company's ESG solutions portfolio for industries dealing with greenhouse gas emissions.
Gauthier Pierozak attended the Institut français de Mécanique avancée from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Robotics and Automation. In 1994, they also attended the University of Bath for a postgraduate program in Mechanical Engineering.
