Margaret Makanje

Margaret Makanje is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Chief People and Culture at Cimas Medical Aid Society since March 2016, Margaret has previously held key positions such as Head of Human Resources and Administration at BDO Zimbabwe, and Organizational Development Manager at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe. With a background at PwC as a Human Capital and Leadership Development Consultant, expertise includes job evaluation, performance management, change management, and employee wellness. Early career experience includes a role as Senior Personnel Officer at the Public Service Commission of Zimbabwe. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe.
