Nona Depositar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and service quality within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Director Chief Customer Experience Officer at CIMB Bank Philippines since September 2022, Nona previously held the position of Assistant Vice President and Customer Care Head at Bank of the Philippine Islands from September 2017 to September 2022. Nona's career in banking began at Philippine Savings Bank, where responsibilities included branch operations, product development, service quality, customer service, and training. In addition to banking, Nona has academic experience as a college professor at Centro Escolar University, teaching clinical subjects related to ocular anatomy and physiology. Nona holds a Doctor of Optometry from Centro Escolar University and a Master’s in Business Administration from De La Salle University.
