Keam Hong Kee

Keam Hong Kee is an accomplished Programme Director at CIMB since August 2022, overseeing the successful implementation of a new cash management system through Agile methodologies. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Digital Payments at AmBank Group from December 2017 to August 2022, Keam managed the development of Internet Banking products tailored for SMEs. In the role of Director of Strategic Transformation at webe digital (May 2016 - December 2017), responsibilities included optimizing systems and processes for operational excellence and driving digital innovation focused on customer experience. Prior experiences also include leadership positions at Hong Leong Group and Digi Telecommunications, where Keam led initiatives in online commerce and process management, respectively. The career began as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting and later as a Manager at Ernst & Young, with a strong academic background including a Management and Leadership Program from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Queensland.
