Keen Yew Kwan

Keen Yew Kwan is a legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently, Keen holds the position of Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at CIMB, having previously served as Chief Compliance Officer at the same institution. Prior to CIMB, Keen was Head of Wholesale Banking Compliance and Head of Legal and Compliance at Standard Chartered Bank, along with a role as Senior Legal Adviser. Earlier in the career, Keen gained valuable experience as a Legal Associate at Zaid Ibrahim & Co. Keen obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Sheffield from 1993 to 1996.
