Mika Silvennoinen

Mika Silvennoinen has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Mika started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Wellquip Oy in 2009 and then moved on to become a Design Engineer at Arctic Rig Services LLC in 2011. Mika returned to Wellquip Oy in 2013 as a Design Engineer until 2015. Since 2015, Mika has been working at Cimcorp Group, where they held various roles including Project Manager, Site Operations Manager, Head of Site Operations, and currently, Director of Engineering.

Mika Silvennoinen holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Tampere University of Technology, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Satakunta University of Applied Sciences, graduating in 2009.
