Its affiliates include Cimbeton Hazir Beton, Sureko Atik Yonetimi Nakliye Lojistik, Destek Organizasyon Temizlik, Elazig Altinova Cimento, Bakircay Cimento, Yapitek Yapi Teknoloji, Ilion Cimento, Recydia and Cemit LLC. During the year 2009, the Company sold its complete stake in Alfacem SRL, and acquired a 70% stake in Serhat Atik AS, renamed as Sureko, which is engaged in the disposal of harmful waste. Cimentas Izmir Cimento Fabrikasi TAS is a subsidiary of Cementir Holding Group. In November 2013, it sold its 96.75% stake in Yapitek Yapi Teknolojisi Sanayi ve Ticaret AS to Inmobiliaria y Construcciones TORRESOL S.A.
