Rizah Mugabe has extensive work experience in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics. They have held various roles in different companies, including CIMERWA PPC, where they were responsible for designing and implementing cost improvement solutions in transportation, warehouse, and inventory. At BRALIRWA Plc., they worked as a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager, overseeing strategic and annual plans and ensuring optimal productivity. As a Purchasing Manager at Bralirwa/Heineken International, they identified critical procurement issues, implemented cost-reduction policies, and managed a multi-million dollar budget. In their earlier career, Rizah worked as a Facilities & Procurement Manager at KCB Bank Rwanda Ltd, where they were involved in procurement planning, supplier management, and tender processes. They also worked as a Procurement Specialist at the Ministry of Finance, where they focused on procurement planning and management.
Rizah Mugabe completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Operation & Production from Nims University in Jaipur, India, from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the National University of Rwanda, from 2000 to 2006.
In addition to their degrees, Rizah also holds several certifications. Rizah earned the CMILT certification from CILT (UK) in August 2022. Rizah obtained the Verified International Academic Qualifications certification from World Education Services in August 2021.
