Juan Santamaria

Appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director on 5 February 2020. Juan Santamaria has extensive international experience in the delivery of large and complex construction, services and PPP projects.

With more than 18 years’ experience managing diverse businesses, Juan has been responsible for projects and businesses in Australia, Europe, North America, Latin America and South Africa. He has held several senior executive positions, his last being Managing Director of CPB Contractors. Prior to that, Juan held roles as Managing Director of UGL, Executive General Manager PPPs and Construction West at CPB Contractors, Chief Executive Officer of Iridium, and Chief Executive Officer of ACS Infrastructure North America.

Juan holds a Master of Engineering (Civil).
