Courtney Samuels-Cox

Courtney Samuels-Cox is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Director of Acquisitions and Development at Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation, a position held since June 2023. In this role, Courtney focuses on building business relationships, identifying new acquisition opportunities, and assisting in capital raising efforts within the WNY region. Previously, Courtney held various positions at Savarino Companies, LLC from September 2015 to May 2023, including Vice President of Development, overseeing third-party and in-house development initiatives, particularly in affordable and market-rate multifamily housing. Courtney’s earlier experience includes roles at The Durst Organization as a Summer Employee in Commercial Property Operations. Academically, Courtney earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
