Joana Caixinha

Joana Caixinha is a professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee relations. Currently serving as the Labour, Employee Relations and Social Sustainability Coordinator at CIMPOR since June 2024, Joana previously held the position of HR Labour Relations Manager - Corporate at Greenvolt Group, overseeing legal matters related to employees. Joana's career at Jerónimo Martins spanned nearly a decade, during which responsibilities included Institutional Relations Manager for European Affairs and various roles in employee relations and legal advising. Joana co-founded CaféThé&Chocolat, managing human resources for the café chain, and began a career in education as an auditor for European projects. Joana holds a degree in Law from Faculdade Direito, Universidade Coimbra, and a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from INDEG ISCTE.
