Soban Ahmed

Soban Ahmed is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in management accounting and tax consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Management Accountant at CIMPOR since November 2025, Soban previously held senior positions at Heidelberg Materials UK and Daljo Group. A background in global mobility tax was developed at KPMG UK and PwC in both the UK and Mexico, showcasing a strong foundation in international tax matters. Early career experiences include financial analysis at FEP Finance Club and management of retail operations at M&M Pronto a Vestir, LDA. Academic qualifications include a finalist status in ACCA, a Master’s degree in Finance from Universidade do Porto, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
