Duncan MacArthur

Duncan MacArthur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success engineering and product ownership. Currently serving as Lead Customer Success Engineer at Cimpress since January 2020, Duncan has previously held positions at athenahealth as Senior Analytics Associate, and Lincoln Financial Group as Associate Product Owner and Senior Analytics Associate following the acquisition of Liberty Mutual Benefits. At Liberty Mutual Insurance, Duncan played a pivotal role in transforming Agile processes and led the Paid Family Leave project to successful implementation. With a robust educational background, Duncan holds an M.B.A. in Information Systems Business Analytics and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of New Hampshire, complemented by studies at the University of Pittsburgh.
