Barbara Wellnitz

Barbara Wellnitz has over 30 years of experience in the field of business. Barbara began their career in 1990 as a Manager at AT&T, where they coached a team of negotiators and administrative support personnel to ensure business fraud claims were resolved in a timely, professional manner. Barbara then moved to Union County Educational Services Commission in 2017 as a Skills Trainer/Paraprofessional. In 2018, they joined Cimquest, Inc. as an Office Manager and Administrative Assistant. Barbara also worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional in the Westfield School District in 2012 and as a Teacher at Westfield School District & Gecko Kids. While at AT&T, they managed accounts payable/receivable cash flow of $2B/year, educated Local Exchange Carriers on contract obligations, and project managed a new fraud management system. At Westfield School District & Gecko Kids, they educated students on basic computer skills utilizing various software programs, while encouraging creativity, improving fine motor skills, and letter recognition.

Barbara Wellnitz obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Allegheny College in 1987, followed by a Master's Degree in Personnel Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus in 1993.
