Pinar Darcan

Pinar Darcan is currently the Head of HR at Cimri, where Pinar aligns HR strategies with the company's vision and goals to enhance success. Previously, Pinar worked at Paycore as a Human Resources Manager, managing various HR processes. Pinar also has experience as a Senior Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Specialist, actively involved in recruitment, training, performance management, and other HR functions. Prior to that, Pinar worked as a Training Specialist at TAC AS, where Pinar managed training processes and organized ITIL/COBIT training programs. Darcan holds an MBA in General Management from Bahcesehir University.
