Shelly Bidlock

Shelly joined CIMS in 2014 as the Regional EHS Manager for the Alberta operations and has progressively advanced to the role of Vice President of Health & Safety for CIMS. With a diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and professional designations in Canada and the United States (CRSP and CSP), Shelly is a highly recognized safety professional, visionary, and a natural leader who has helped lead the transformation of CIMS into a World-Class safety organization. Shelly’s leadership has been critical in maintaining the people-first culture as they have grown by industry and geography.
