Rachelle Albright

Rachelle Albright is an experienced professional in learning experience design, currently serving as the Lead Learning Experience Designer at Cin7 since January 2023. In this role, Rachelle leads and mentors a team while designing large-scale training programs and managing content development systems. Rachelle's background includes serving as a Senior Learning Experience Designer focused on customer education and learning management, and as an Instructional Designer at Zendesk, where Rachelle developed interactive eLearning content. Prior experience includes working as a freelance instructional designer and contributing to projects at Fire Tech Productions, Inc., where Rachelle specialized in technical eLearning development. Rachelle holds a Certificate in E-Learning Instructional Design and Development from Oregon State University and a PhD in Linguistics from the University of York.
