Ginny Nugent is currently an advisor at Cinapse. Ginny has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, working as a producer, executive producer, and line producer on a variety of film and television projects.
Ginny began their career as an assistant to Roger Corman at New World Pictures. Ginny then transitioned into freelance work, serving as a producer on various independent films. In 1996, they were credited as an executive producer on the cult classic film The Craft.
In 1998, Ginny was hired by HBO as a senior vice president of west coast production. During their time at HBO, they were responsible for supervising the schedules and budgets of original films, series, and miniseries. Ginny oversaw the production of several Emmy Award-winning projects, including Behind the Candelabra, The Normal Heart, Grey Gardens, and Temple Grandin.
In recent years, Ginny has focused on advising and consulting on a variety of film and television projects.
