Kim Shumway

Kim Shumway currently serves as General Manager of Resident Engagement at CINC Systems since September 2025. Previously, Kim held the position of Executive Vice President at Red Ventures from September 2017 to September 2025 and at Allconnect from April 2013 to September 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing business strategy, financial performance, and customer acquisition across various service sectors. Kim also served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Director of Business Development at Allconnect, leading initiatives that significantly increased revenue and restructured operational practices. Early career experience includes roles at MCI Worldcom as Manager of Small & Medium Business Marketing and at EdgeConnections as Director of Service Delivery & Customer Care. Educational background includes a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
