Shea Dittrich

Shea Dittrich has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Shea is currently working at CINC Systems as the Chief Revenue Officer, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at CINC Systems from 2020 to 2023. Before joining CINC Systems, Shea was the Vice President and Head of Sales at Nexus from 2019 to 2020, where they built and managed a team to foster community building between real estate owners and suppliers. Shea also served as the Vice President and Head of Global Marketing at CoStar Group from 2017 to 2019, responsible for delivering the company's message across its brands in North America and the UK. Before that, Shea held various roles at CoStar Group, including Regional Sales Director from 2016 to 2017 and Senior Account Executive from 2013 to 2016. Prior to joining CoStar Group, Shea worked at Sageworks as the Director of Channel Sales in 2012, responsible for growing revenue through channel partners. Shea also had their own consulting firm, Dittrich and Associates, from 2011 to 2012, where they consulted with banks on loan workout strategies. Shea began their career as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at Siena Group LLC from 2005 to 2007.

Shea Dittrich attended Kansas State University from 1994 to 1996, where they did not declare a specific field of study. Following this, they enrolled at Avila University from 1997 to 2000, pursuing a degree in Business and Marketing.
