Vidya Poyilath

Vidya Poyilath has had a diverse work experience in different roles and industries. Vidya'smost recent position was as a Sr. Business Analyst at CINC Systems starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Coupa Software as a Product Manager from September 2018 to July 2021.

Before that, they had roles at DCR Workforce, starting as a Database and Data Warehouse Developer from March 2014 to February 2015. Vidya then became a Business System Analyst from February 2015 to January 2018, where they utilized the Agile methodology for solution development and deployment and became a Certified Scrum Master. Finally, they served as a Product Owner from January 2018 to September 2018, primarily in the "Contingent Workforce" domain. Vidya had extensive customer-facing roles and gave presentations to stakeholders and end users.

Vidya'searlier work experiences include roles as an SSIS ETL Developer at Academic Partnerships and as a Data Warehouse Developer at Pandera Systems, both in 2012. Vidya also worked as a Technology Education Assistant at ImaginOn in 2009.

Vidya started their career as a Software Engineer at Fidelity Investments from 2005 to 2008 and previously at Infosys from 2003 to 2005.

Vidya Poyilath completed a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Providence Women's College, Kozhikode from 1996 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Calicut between 1999 and 2002.

In terms of additional certifications, Vidya obtained the title of Certified ScrumMaster™ from LeadingAgile in May 2016. Vidya also completed various online courses, including "Introduction to Software Product Management" and "Software Processes and Agile Practices" from Coursera in October and November 2019, respectively. In March 2020, they obtained a certification in "Client Needs and Software Requirements" from Coursera. Furthermore, Vidya attained the title of Certified Contingent Workforce Professional from Staffing Industry Analysts in January 2021. Finally, they hold a certification from Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS - MCITP) - SQL Server 2008 Database Development, though the date of acquisition is unspecified.
