Girish Manwani

Girish Manwani is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading engineering and data teams across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Cinch since June 2025, Girish is focused on developing an intelligent omnichannel marketing automation platform. Prior to this role, Girish was an Advisor at Xcela and held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Cornerstone OnDemand from February 2023 to December 2024, where key responsibilities included delivering the product roadmap for the flagship CornerstoneOnDemand product. Girish also contributed to Degreed as Chief Technology Officer, leading teams in Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, and Security. Previous roles include Vice President of Engineering for SAP's Recruiting Cloud product and Lead Engineer at SAP SuccessFactors, with foundational experience as a Lead Software Engineer at Sun Microsystems. Girish holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago and two Bachelor's degrees in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
