Jonathan Means

Jonathan Means, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jonathan currently serves as the Regional Director at Cinch I.T., a company specializing in managed services, cloud computing, and IT consulting. Prior to this role, they worked as a Quality Engineer at Emerson Automation Solutions from 2017 to 2021. Jonathan also has experience in project management at Advanced Global Communications, Inc., where they led complex infrastructure improvements for high-profile clients such as Brown-Forman, Flextronics, Kroger, Kindred Healthcare, Lexmark, UPS, and Yum Brands. Additionally, they served as a Quality Engineer at Tower International, overseeing the quality management system for Toyota vehicles and successfully reducing production defects by over 99%. Notably, Jonathan has also been serving in the Kentucky Army National Guard since 1997 and currently holds the position of First Sergeant in an Aviation Unit.

Jonathan Means, MBA obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Louisville between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended the Indiana Institute of Technology where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Jonathan has also pursued various certifications. Jonathan completed "Learn Industrial Automation" and "Excel Essential Training (Office 365)" courses from LinkedIn in May 2019 and April 2019, respectively. Furthermore, they hold several certifications including Private Aircraft Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration (obtained in February 2014), Security+ and A+ from CompTIA (obtained in October 2012 and September 2012, respectively), Air Traffic Control Tower Operator from the Federal Aviation Administration (obtained in May 2012), and Cisco Certified Small Medium Business Account Manager (SMBAM) and Cisco Certified Small Medium Business Sales Engineer (SMBEN) from Cisco (obtained in 2008).
