James Hemmings is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as Customer Experience Operations Manager at cinch since July 2021, James previously held the role of Operations Manager (Digital) at Freeman Company from August 2016 to June 2021. Prior experience includes positions as Business Development Manager at Farnborough International, Sales Manager at ADS Group Ltd, and various roles at Andertons Music Company and The Chapel Studios, where expertise in sales, technical support, and studio engineering was developed.
