Fatmir Shkurti

Fatmir Shkurti is an experienced professional in customer experience and operations management, currently serving as the Customer Experience Vendor Operations Manager at Payoneer since August 2024. Previously, Fatmir held roles at Melio as Customer Experience Manager - Partnerships and Customer Success Manager from October 2021 to July 2024, and at Warner Music Group as Artist Support Operations Manager from November 2018 to October 2021.
