Jessi Hill

Library Services Assistant at Cincinnati and Hamilton County Public Library

Jessi Hill is an experienced educator and customer support professional with a strong background in English language instruction and community engagement. Currently serving as an English Second Language Instructor for Qkids and SayABC, Jessi holds a 120-hour TESOL Certification and effectively uses web chat technology to create engaging learning environments for students aged 3-12. In addition, Jessi works as a Library Services Assistant at the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County, providing excellent support to patrons in English and American Sign Language (ASL) and assisting with job application and resume support. Jessi's past roles include leadership positions at Cedarville University, where responsibilities included overseeing student housing and serving as an Admissions Counselor, as well as involvement in international outreach programs. Jessi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Communications from Cedarville University and an Interpreter Education degree focused on American Sign Language from Sinclair Community College.
