Joe Carolin

Joe Carolin is the current CFO and VP of Finance at Cincinnati Ballet. Joe has previous experience working as a finance manager for The Christ Hospital and as the CFO for Hospital Imaging Company dba Ky Diagnostic Center. Joe has been with Cincinnati Ballet since March 2009 and has been instrumental in helping the company navigate through tough financial times.

Joe Carolin completed their undergraduate degree at Xavier University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. After graduation, they began their career in business administration and management.

Missie Santomo - Controller, Stacey Rich - Staff Accountant report to Joe Carolin. They are on a team with Dustin Haugen - VP of Production & Operations, Tom Parrish - Director of Information Technology, and Tom McLaughlin - VP of Patron Experience & Community Engagement. Their manager is Scott Altman, President & CEO.
