Sean Fleming

Sean Fleming currently serves as the Manager of Member Development and Programming for the Cincinnati Bengals, with a career that includes progressive roles in group sales within the organization. Since joining in June 2016, Sean has held several positions, culminating in managing group sales teams and initiatives. Prior to this, Sean worked with the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium, focusing on new season memberships. Earlier career experiences include an executive internship at Lower Lights Ministries, where responsibilities involved collaborating with leadership on community initiatives, and serving as an Auction House Coordinator at Plain City Auction House, gaining valuable negotiation and sales experience. Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
