Amanda Lord

Amanda Lord has extensive experience in the field of total rewards and benefits administration. Amanda currently holds the position of Vice President, Total Rewards at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where they are responsible for overseeing comprehensive rewards packages for employees. Prior to this role, Amanda served as the Assistant Vice President, Total Rewards at the same organization.

Before joining Cincinnati Children's Hospital, Amanda worked as the Director, Total Rewards at BrightSpring, a health services organization with a large employee base. In this role, they managed compensation, benefits, and retirement strategies, as well as financial and administrative functions.

Amanda also has experience in the fast-food industry, having worked at Yum! Brands. Amanda started as an Associate Manager, Benefits where they were responsible for healthcare and prescription drug plan design for over 30,000 employees. Later, they took on the role of HR Business Partner, where they provided organizational effectiveness and leadership coaching.

Additionally, Amanda has experience working as a Benefits Analyst at Mercer, where they were responsible for the transition and ongoing administration of defined benefit clients. Amanda also worked as a Human Resources & Benefits Manager at Premier, Inc., where they oversaw HR operations and made plan design changes for insurances and retirement plans.

Prior to their work at Premier, Amanda worked as a Benefits Analyst at Hewitt Associates, where they calculated participant benefit calculations. Amanda also served as a team lead, successfully managing a large and complex population within the client team.

Amanda Lord attended Illinois State University from 1996 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
