Amanda Lord has extensive experience in the field of total rewards and benefits administration. Amanda currently holds the position of Vice President, Total Rewards at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where they are responsible for overseeing comprehensive rewards packages for employees. Amanda also worked as a Human Resources & Benefits Manager at Premier, Inc., where they oversaw HR operations and made plan design changes for insurances and retirement plans.

Prior to their work at Premier, Amanda worked as a Benefits Analyst at Hewitt Associates, where they calculated participant benefit calculations. Amanda also served as a team lead, successfully managing a large and complex population within the client team.

Amanda Lord attended Illinois State University from 1996 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
